MONETIZE NEXUS · UPDATED 5 OCTOBER 2026
Privacy notice
1. Who is responsible
The controller is Bachir Al Sawaf, trading as Monetize Nexus, De-Fries-Straße 18, 58675 Hemer, Germany. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact hello@monetizenexus.com. This notice covers our website, creator and brand inquiry forms, and our use of booking and email services.
2. Creator applications and brand inquiries
We process the information you submit: your name and email address, channel or company website, technology focus or product category, and your goals. Creator applications also include audience size and requested services. Brand inquiries include company name and campaign budget. We record your acknowledgement of the privacy notice in the notification email, along with the form source, submission time and inquiry reference. Our database also records the inquiry’s processing status and email notification status.
We use this information to assess your request, contact you and discuss a possible partnership. Required fields are needed to process the relevant form; you can instead contact us by email. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential information about other people. Unsent answers remain in the current page’s memory and may be lost when you leave or refresh.
Where your inquiry concerns a contract with you or steps you request before entering into one, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business inquiries, including when you represent a company, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in responding to communications and evaluating business relationships. The privacy acknowledgement is not consent to marketing. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
3. Email notifications through Resend
We use Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., to deliver an internal notification when you submit a creator or brand form. Resend processes the submitted form details, your email address, the form source, submission date and time, inquiry reference and delivery information for this purpose.
Notifications are sent from notifications@mail.monetizenexus.com to hello@monetizenexus.com. Your submitted email address is set as Reply-To so we can reply directly to you. This is an internal notification, not an automatic confirmation email to you. The sending request takes place on our server; submitting a form does not load a Resend script in your browser.
Your inquiry is saved before the notification is sent. If sending fails, it may remain stored so that you can retry without creating another copy of the same inquiry. Resend’s acceptance of a message does not by itself prove inbox delivery. Notification processing serves the inquiry purposes and legal bases described above. See Resend’s privacy policy and data processing addendum.
4. Direct email contact
If you email us, we process your address, message, attachments and correspondence to respond to your request. Our email service provider processes these messages for delivery and mailbox storage. The same inquiry-related legal bases apply. You do not have to use an online form or book a call to contact us.
5. Booking calls and joining meetings
We use TidyCal, operated by Sumo Group Inc., for Creator Partnership Calls and Brand Partnership Calls. The embedded calendar loads only after you select “Open available times.” Loading it, or following a direct booking link, connects your browser to TidyCal and its delivery infrastructure, which receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser information. Their services may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
Booking information can include your name, email address, selected date, time, timezone and answers you provide in the booking form. We use this information to arrange and prepare for your requested call, on the inquiry-related legal bases above. Website application answers are not automatically transferred into TidyCal. For details of TidyCal’s processing, see its privacy policy.
Meetings use Google Meet. Booking and calendar integrations may process information needed to create the meeting invitation. When you join, Google processes meeting and technical data, including audio or video you choose to share. See Google’s privacy policy.
Our confirmation pages can display booking information supplied in the URL, such as your name, date, time, timezone and meeting or management link. These pages are marked not to be indexed by search engines, but they are not password-protected. Anyone with the full link may see its included details, and URLs can remain in browser history or infrastructure logs. Avoid sharing personalized booking links publicly. Email addresses and intake answers are not intended for display on these pages.
6. Hosting, security and spam prevention
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare-backed application storage. Hosting and infrastructure providers process request and security information needed to operate the website, which may include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information. Submitted inquiries are stored in the website’s server-side database.
Our forms validate required fields and email addresses, use a hidden honeypot field, and limit repeated submissions. For rate limiting, the application stores hourly hashed network identifiers and request counts, rather than raw IP addresses in the inquiry database. Counters older than the configured 24-hour window are cleared during subsequent valid submission requests; this is not a guarantee that infrastructure logs are deleted at the same time. These measures serve our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and maintaining a reliable service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website does not currently install Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other optional analytics scripts. Hosting services may use necessary storage for security and website delivery. We remember your essential-only preference in local storage for up to 180 days. See our cookie notice for details and settings. Adding optional analytics would require an updated notice and, where required, your consent before activation.
8. Recipients and international processing
Information is available to the operator and the service providers involved in hosting, storage, email delivery, mailbox services, booking and meetings as described above. We may also disclose information where a legal obligation requires it. Submitting a form does not authorize us to publish your answers.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfer requirements depend on the provider and applicable processing terms. Resend’s published data processing addendum addresses international transfers, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for information about the applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy. The provider notices linked above explain their processing; they do not replace our responsibilities for your inquiry.
9. How long information is kept
We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to assess and respond to your request, conduct an ongoing business relationship, meet applicable legal record-keeping obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. These criteria also apply to notification copies in our mailbox. Failed notification attempts do not automatically delete the saved inquiry. Provider delivery records and backups are subject to their applicable retention terms and account settings. No fixed automatic deletion period for inquiry records is currently implemented.
Where retention is required by law, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies. Where records are needed for legal claims, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may request deletion; we will explain if an applicable obligation or other lawful ground prevents immediate deletion.
10. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We do not use these website forms for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Contact hello@monetizenexus.com to exercise your rights. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or an alleged infringement. Our local authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW).
